Pedal Cycling Tours
August 2021: The world is still in the process of opening up to travellers crossing borders, often with the burden of COVID tests and self isolation periods at either end of the journey. Thankfully, adventure companies like Pedal Cycling Tours have been able to adapt to the pandemic by introducing their Castles, Lochs, Bens & Glens cycling tour of Scotland to their range of products, enabling UK based cyclists to get their travel and cycling fix. I was fortunate to be invited to follow the group on their 80km+ per day route to shoot stills and video of the trip.
Day 1 of the Castles, Lochs, Bens & Glens tour at the northern end of Loch Ness before following it to Fort William for the night.
The Brief:
Capture video of the cyclists on their route, the support team in action, and scenery for use in promotional videos for the tour company’s marketing purposes
Capture stills of the cyclists to help them look back on their adventure following the tour
Considerations:
Daily briefings will enable you to pre-empt where cyclists will be- get there before them and be ready!
